This role owns client revenue inside the property preservation vertical at 36 Holding Ltd. You are responsible for onboarding, stabilizing, and expanding client accounts,not just managing them.

You will control the client relationship end-to-end: aligning expectations, ensuring execution, and driving consistent work volume out of our Dhaka office. Success in this role is measured by client retention, order flow, and revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership position for someone who understands the industry and can turn client relationships into predictable, scalable income streams.
