Role Overview

This role owns client revenue inside the property preservation vertical. You are responsible for onboarding, stabilizing, and expanding client accounts not just managing them.


You will control the client relationship end-to-end: aligning expectations, ensuring execution, and driving consistent work volume. Success in this role is measured by client retention, order flow, and revenue growth.


This is a high-ownership position for someone who understands the industry and can turn client relationships into predictable, scalable income streams.

Responsibilities

  • - Onboard new preservation and maintenance clients efficiently
  • - Manage day-to-day client communication (email, calls, updates)
  • - Ensure smooth job flow between clients and internal/vendor teams
  • - Identify gaps, delays, and revenue leakage, and proactively eliminate them by implementing systems that prevent recurrence.
  • - Build long-term client relationships to increase order volume
  • - Handle escalations and maintain client satisfaction
  • - Track client performance and push for account growth

Ideal Profile

  • - 1+ year experience in property preservation (mandatory)
  • - Proven experience onboarding and managing preservation clients
  • - Strong communicator who is clear, direct, and professional
  • - Understands work orders, SLAs, and coordination
  • - Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • - Problem-solver with ownership mindset
  • - Focused on growth and performance metrics while maintaining high-quality delivery.
