36 Holding Ltd is expanding its property management division, and we are looking for an experienced Property Preservation Processor / Analyst to join our Dhaka team.

The Essentials
• Location: House 5, Block F, Dhaka 1219 (On-site)
• Compensation: Up to 40,000 BDT • Shifts (BST): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Male) | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Female)
What You’ll Do
• Process high-volume property preservation work orders with high precision.
• Own your turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify workflow bottlenecks and optimize processes.
What You Bring
• Proven, hands-on experience in Property Preservation Processing (Mandatory).
• Direct platform expertise: NFR, ServiceLink, MCS, B2B, BMG, and/or Aspen Grove.
• Sharp analytical problem-solving skills and solid written English.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
