Role Overview
Job Summary:
The Junior Executive (Night Shift) will support daily operational activities within a global BPO environment. The role involves maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, coordinating tasks, and ensuring accurate reporting. This is not a traditional call center role; however, it includes frequent professional calls for operations coordination and project communication.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Weekend: Saturday & Sunday (Off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate operational tasks and project activities
- Conduct and manage professional calls as required
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of activities
- Support daily operational workflows within the organization
Eligibility:
- Entry-level position
- Suitable for students or fresh graduates
- Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- BDT 20,000 (after successful completion of probation)
- BDT 25,000+ after 6 months (based on performance and role requirements)
